GLASGOW-based Redefine|BDL Hotels plans to expand into mainland Europe after achieving strong growth in the UK in 2015. Managing director Stewart Campbell noted the company added 24 hotels to the portfolio of properties which it manages. This includes 63 hotels in the UK where the company expects to open more properties this year. Mr Campbell said: “Identifying the right opportunity to transform hotels on the continent is key for us to achieve our vision to be Europe’s leading hotel management company.”
