Canada-based Ithaca Energy has said Jack Lee its non-executive Chairman will be retiring from the board following its annual meeting in Calgary, Alberta, on June 22. Frank Wormsbecker will also step down as a director. Non-executive Brad Hurtubise is proposed to succeed Mr Lee as chairman, with the board reducing from nine directors to seven. Les Thomas, chief executive, commented: "Jack and Frank have been on the board of Ithaca since 2008 and 2006 respectively.
