Exchange Tower
EDINBURGH’s Exchange Tower has been relaunched by property consultants CBRE and Montagu Evans, acting on behalf of the landlord Kennedy Wilson Europe, after an extensive refurbishment.
The building, which comprises 65,000sq ft of open plan office accommodation over 13 floors, has recently undergone a series of upgrades throughout the communal areas, including a comprehensive redesign and enlargement of the reception area and refurbishment of the lift and lobbies at all levels.
The vacant ground floor suite, which offers 2,800sq ft of premium office space, has also been extensively refurbished.
